1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting AdmiBot to your Discord server or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations.

2. Usage License

AdmiBot is provided 'as is'. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the bot's features for your server management. You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the bot.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Payments: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. Transactions are securely processed and managed by Discord and third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).

Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds once the service has been activated, except where required by law.

Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Discord Account Settings under the 'Subscriptions' tab.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AdmiBot or its developers be liable for any damages (including loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the bot.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the bot and its services without notice if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior toward our community.
